Machine Tool Bed
1. The machine tool bed adopts a C-type structure;
2. The machine tool bed is made of high-strength cast iron and undergoes heat treatment to improve internal stress distribution.
This improves rigidity and long-term dimensional stability;
3. This machine uses a Panasonic servo motor drive system. The machine’s motion accuracy is precisely tested during assembly and tested with a laser interferometer before leaving the factory.
4. This machine tool uses THK guideways, which are precision ground once to ensure smooth movement and high precision.
A centralized lubrication system further enhances durability and reduces wear.

Guideway Structure

Wire Feeding System

Cutting Fluid System
A four-stage filtration system ensures the cutting fluid remains clean, thereby improving machining stability and extending part life.
