Machine Bed
1. The machine bed adopts a C-shaped structure;
2. The cast parts are made of high-quality 250-grade Meehanite resin sand castings, specially treated with secondary high-temperature tempering for strong toughness and good overall rigidity;
3. This machine uses a servo drive system, and the machine’s motion accuracy is determined by precision testing during machine assembly and pre-shipment testing using a laser interferometer.
Guide Rail Structure
1. The guide rails on the same plane are processed and formed in one go using a professional grinding machine;
2. The guide rail installation structure of this equipment is a double-plane design;
3. The guide rails of this equipment are protected by automatic lubrication;
5. The motion accuracy of the guide rails in all directions is ensured by the assembly precision.
Pulse Power Supply Features
- The pulse power supply is independently developed by ESUNTEK. It adopts high-power VMOS transistor modules and multiple pulse control modes to achieve high cutting speed, good surface finish, and low wire consumption.
- Multiple pulse waveform control modes are available to meet different machining requirements.
- The maximum machining current is 10A, and the maximum cutting efficiency can reach 200 mm²/min.
- No special installation is required for the pulse power supply. A voltage stabilizer can be equipped optionally according to local power conditions.
- The pulse power supply is designed for stable operation and requires minimal maintenance.
AutoCut CNC Programming & Control Software
- The machine is equipped with the AutoCut integrated programming and control system, combining CAD/CAM programming and CNC control functions in one platform.
- AutoCut supports 2D profile cutting, variable taper cutting, and upper/lower different-shape machining, making it suitable for a wide range of precision machining applications.
- The system includes multiple intelligent protection and auxiliary functions, such as power-loss memory, wire-break protection, short-circuit auto-retraction, edge finding, automatic centering, automatic shutdown, rapid return-to-origin, and arbitrary-angle programming rotation.
- AutoCut features both an Expert Database and a Customer Database. The Expert Database provides pre-set machining parameters for common materials and different workpiece thicknesses, while the Customer Database allows users to save and manage customized machining parameters for frequently used materials.
- The software integrates comprehensive CAD/CAM capabilities, including automatic tool path generation, cutting sequence arrangement, cutting allowance allocation, multi-pass cutting control, and machining simulation.
- The ESUNTEK CNC software also includes a Virtual Card function for estimating cutting time and machining costs.
- The software can automatically generate machining programs, improving programming efficiency and simplifying operation.
