Features(ZNC350 Spark EDM Machine)
1. Features multiple sets of machining coordinate memory.
2. Equipped with a mirror-finish machining circuit; requires an optional CNC translation head to achieve a mirror finish. The effect is further enhanced when combined with oscillating machining and mixed polishing powder machining.
3. Features 10-segment automatic machining functions. It can:
(1) Manual editing: Edit machining conditions based on personal experience;
(2) AUTOZ automatic editing: Provide the maximum depth, initial current, and selection of the final thickness and machining area, and the machining conditions will be automatically edited;
(3) Intelligent condition editing: Simply select the electrode shape, electrode and workpiece material, electrode cross-sectional area, and the final machining thickness and depth setting, and the machining conditions will be automatically edited. All three editing methods can complete the machining process from rough → medium → fine in one operation.
4. Automatic anti-carbon buildup detection function. When carbon buildup causes unstable machining, the computer automatically adjusts the machining parameters and increases the slag discharge height. It automatically recovers when machining stabilizes. 5. It can be set to discharge 2-10 times, pull up to any set position, and then proceed with processing, providing excellent slag removal for deep hole machining.
6. It features functions to eliminate secondary discharges and rapid pull-up for carbon buildup or rapid pull-up for edge-finding during discharge.
7. It has an energy control function for more uniform processing results. Turning off energy control allows for faster graphite machining.
8. It has an X and Y axis locking function. When the X and Y axis values change during discharge, the discharge will immediately stop and an alarm will sound to protect the mold and copper workpiece.
