- Cabinet Design
The AW CNC power supply cabinet is independently designed, featuring an optimized airflow (thermal circulation path) for excellent heat dissipation. The internal layout incorporates effective anti-interference structures, which can efficiently eliminate electrical noise from both inside and outside the cabinet. This ensures superior thermal stability and electromagnetic compatibility, highlighting the cabinet’s outstanding reliability and performance.
- Main Circuit Design
The AW CNC power supply’s main machining circuits feature precision low-current machining circuits (NOW circuits with low energy loss), negative wave absorption circuits, constant-pulse machining circuits, constant-pulse-width machining circuits, copper machining circuits, and graphite machining circuits. The main circuits employ parallel twisted-pair wiring, which enhances energy output, reduces electrode wear, and ensures optimal surface finish quality.
- CNC System
The AW CNC power supply hardware uses a standard industrial control PC, providing significant advantages in system stability and future maintenance. In harsh factory power environments, machine stability and machining accuracy can be severely affected. The AW CNC power supply incorporates multiple high-electromagnetic-compatibility (EMC) voltage regulation and anti-interference measures, effectively preventing such issues and maximizing the overall stability of the discharge system during operation.

For data communication, the system employs high-speed EtherCAT bus communication and RTEX bus servo, providing more stable, real-time, and controllable feedback and operation for the motion system. This facilitates precise servo control for ultra-high-precision machine tools. Absolute encoder data transmission eliminates the need to return to the origin after startup, ensuring the system “never loses position.”
The extensive database is based on advanced Sodick process software, enhanced with the AW power supply’s own optimized database, including data for 11 electrode material pairings for convenient selection. The system also incorporates fuzzy logic control for more refined processing.
Regarding machining parameter control, the AW CNC power supply offers more discharge control options than the A3 power supply. Experienced operators can finely adjust discharge parameters during precision machining, achieving the optimal processing results.

The proprietary AG (Windows) CNC system provides strong electromagnetic compatibility and high stability.
Equipped with Panasonic absolute AC servo motors, the system achieves unmatched response speed, service life, and positioning accuracy. The high proportion of imported components ensures minimal faults beyond the one-year warranty period, safeguarding long-term operational benefits.
- Servo Control System
The AW CNC power supply adopts an absolute Panasonic servo system, with multi-bus servo control via EtherCAT and RTEX, ensuring 100% real-time control of the motion trajectory and guaranteeing precise servo motion accuracy.
The AG CNC power supply is equipped witha high-speed machining system, featuring rapid tool-lifting, high-speed intermittent tool-lifting, and high-speed servo functions. These features significantly enhance machining efficiency, enabling the processing of narrow slots and grooves with high depth-to-width ratios, while improving chip removal during small- and medium-area machining. This ensures discharge stability and high-quality surface finishes.
Additionally, the AG power supply incorporates a two-stage servo tool-lifting function, making it easier to machine deep cavities and large areas where chip removal is difficult. This effectively reduces concentrated discharge, substantially increases machining efficiency, and improves consistency in surface finish quality and dimensional accuracy.
