Wire EDM fluid is a type of EDM fluid, also known as EDM dielectric fluid or wire EDM dielectric fluid. This wire EDM fluid is composed of rust inhibitors and uniquely formulated environmentally friendly additives. It becomes a stable and transparent liquid when it comes into contact with water and is suitable for various wire EDM machines, especially for medium-speed（multi cut） wire EDM machines.

How to Use 5CF-40 Wire edm Fluid

1. Thoroughly clean the water tank, pipelines, and pump body before changing the solution.

2. Add sufficient water.

3. Add the original solution of this product.

4. Run the water tank empty for 10-20 minutes to circulate the solution and water.

5. Check the concentration after mixing. If it is incorrect, add more water or the original solution to adjust the concentration. Stir thoroughly and measure again until the ideal concentration is reached.
