Features of JR3A EDM Dielectric Fluid

Product Description

It is Jiarun’s classic eco-friendly concentrated ointment for wire-cut EDM. It is a yellow paste (with a small amount of water) that, after stirring, dilutes quickly in water to form a light milky-white working fluid.

Specially developed for high-thickness die steel, multi-pass finishing, and high-current high-speed cutting. Compared with traditional emulsified oils, It delivers superior performance: higher efficiency, better surface quality, lower wire consumption, and greater process stability.

Widely used on wire EDM machines exported to international markets — a preferred green, high-performance choice for mid-to-high-end users.

How to Use JR3A EDM Dielectric Fluid

Add JR3A ointment to running water at a ratio of 1:40–50 (ointment : water), stir until fully dissolved.
The diluted solution appears light milky white.
When the fluid level decreases, replenish by adding ointment and water in the same proportion.
Before finishing the cut, use a magnet to hold the workpiece securely to help prevent wire breakage.
Note: For best performance, avoid hard water (well water, groundwater, etc.)
