From April 21 to 25, 2026, we participated in the 14th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2026) held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. During the exhibition, we displayed 4 high-performance machines, coveringHigh Precision CNC Wire Cut EDM Machine, Multi-cut Wire Cut EDM Machines and CNC Hole Drilling EDM machine, fully demonstrating our technical strength in precision machining:
- The EFH43S ESUNTEK wire EDM machine with an additional rotary table: equipped with five-axis linkage control and a rotary axis, it can achieve high-precision machining of complex three-dimensional curved surfaces and irregularly shaped parts, with a machining accuracy of 0.01mm and a surface roughness of Ra1.0μm. It is used for the machining of precision molds and aerospace parts.
- The EFH43S ESUNTEK wire EDM machine features a brand-new self-developed control system with automatic wire threading: it supports automatic wire breakage detection and rapid wire threading, improving processing continuity, reducing labor costs, and is suitable for stable batch processing.
- Excetek Brass CNC Wire Cutting EDM Machine VG400: This high precision EDM wire cutting machine, imported from Taiwan, is equipped with a high-rigidity worktable, a high-precision grating closed-loop control system, and an intelligent machining process library. It can meet the high-end machining needs of ultra-precision molds, cemented carbide, and complex cavities, with its machining accuracy and stability at an industry-leading level.
- CNC EDM Drilling Machine with Automatic EDM Tube Change: Equipped with automatic brass tube changing mechanism, it can automatically complete tube replacement, calibration and positioning, solving the pain points of low efficiency and poor consistency of manual tube replacement, and realizing efficient precision machining of small hole drilling.
